At SA Aligners, we are dedicated to ensuring your journey towards a perfect smile is seamless and comfortable. Our customer-friendly policies are designed with your satisfaction in mind.

1.Change of Mind and Cancellation:

• If you have a change of mind, please request a cancellation within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests for a refund will not be entertained once the order has been processed.

2.Impression Kit Returns:

• For your safety, we do not accept returns for the impression kit.
• Returns for the impression kit are only accepted if the order has not been processed.

3.Suitability Assessment:

• If our expert team determines that you are not a suitable candidate after reviewing your impressions and intraoral pictures and suggested treatment plan, we will refund your entire amount.

Your satisfaction and the achievability of the estimated projected results are our top priorities.

4.Aligners and Ill-Fitting:

• Once the order is placed, returns for aligners are not accepted.

In case of ill-fitting aligners, we will fabricate new ones to ensure your comfort.

5.Fabrication Process:

Once you approve the treatment plan, our lab begins the fabrication process. No refunds are accepted at this stage due to the nature of customized products.

6.Post-Treatment Evaluation:

• If, after following all guidelines, you are not satisfied with the results, contact us for a re-evaluation.
• Provide intraoral pictures from different views with and without aligners from the last step.

If approved, you may be eligible for additional aligners, subject to evaluation.

7.Refinement:

Desire more enhancements? You can request refinement for a charge of $300. Refinements are non-refundable.

8.Refund Processing:

• All approved refunds are processed within 10-12 business days and returned via the original payment method.
